1. Use of the Service

● General Use: The Service is intended for users to remotely report issues or request services from your utility provider.

● User Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

● Viruses: You must not misuse our Service by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful, or otherwise harmfully interacting with our Service or any part of it. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our Service, the server on which our Service is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our Service or any other equipment or network connected with our Service. You must not interfere with, damage or disrupt any software used in the provision of our Service or any equipment or network or software owned or used by any third party on which this Service relies in any way. You must not attack our Service via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack. By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use our Service will cease immediately.

●  Ownership: All intellectual property rights in the Service and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by FYLD.

●  Submitted Content: You grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable licence to use the content (such as videos of the incidents you are reporting) to fulfil FYLD’s contractual provisions with our customers.

●  Usage Restrictions: You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service or its content without express written permission from FYLD. Any unauthorised use may result in legal action.
