Shelley Copsey
Shelley leads FYLD, ensuring that the promise of safe, efficient field operations are delivered upon for our customers and users and that the FYLD team love coming to work each day.
Karl Simons OBE
Karl has over 30 years of experience in numerous safety-critical industries including oil, gas, minerals, rail, roads, construction and utilities. In 2020 he was awarded an OBE for Services to Mental Health Policy.
Scott Broadley
Scott is focused on delivering value to our customers via internal projects and product development as well as partnerships with customers and other third parties. Scott’s played an influential role in FYLD’s Americas expansion and FYLD’s launch in the heavy civil industry. Scott has a background in electronics engineering, operations and product development.
Mohan Sadashiva
Mohan leads FYLD’s product and technology strategy, bringing over 30 years’ experience in SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, IoT and AI/ML. He holds a Master’s in Data Science from UC Berkeley and an MBA from Columbia University..

Dr Marcus Richards
Marcus is Chairman of FYLD, an Executive Advisor to BCG’s Energy Practise, and held CEO, Director & NED roles in the energy sector. He has 12 years of experience in investment funding and financial services start-ups.
Bryan Marcovici
Bryan is Managing Director & Managing Partner at Koru, the investment vehicle funded by Ontario Teacher’s Pension Plan. He comes from a background in building, investing in and scaling disruptive startups.
Victor Scheibehenne
Victor is part of the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, focusing on global asset management in Infrastructure and Natural Resources. He brings international and multi-industry experience to FYLD's board.
Dr Fang Chen
Fang has vast experience in many industry segments and governments in leading digital transformation, especially using AI/data science to harness the power of data, provide evidence-based decisions and automation.
Ajay Chowdhury
Ajay leads BCG Digital Ventures for Western Europe and South America. He has over 25 years of startup and venture experience helping clients build disruptive new digital businesses.
Danielle Ullner
Danielle, Managing Director and Partner at BCG X, leads its global Energy practice. With 20 years of experience in venture capital and startups, she is well-positioned to advise FYLD on growth.
Marcus Hunt
Marcus, SGN’s Commercial Services and Investments Director, oversees SGN’s investment in FYLD and has been involved since its inception. With over 20 years of utilities experience, he has held commercial, strategy, and business development roles in the UK and internationally.
Jon Bentley
Jon Bentley, an independent advisor with nearly 40 years of experience in the energy and utilities sectors, formerly worked with PwC and IBM Consulting. He provides strategic guidance to FYLD, using his technology expertise to drive innovation and business value.
Camilla Carson
Camilla Carson is a Non-Executive Director at FYLD. She brings deep expertise in scaling software and AI-driven businesses across international markets. Camilla has led SaaS go-to-market teams across Europe and the US. She was the Global Vice President of Sales at Black Swan Data which was acquired by Mintel in 2024. Camilla's background in financial services brings an extra layer of expertise to FYLD's board as they expand internationally.
